Elm Loft is a spacious loft conversion in the small village of Upton, in the centre of the Norfolk Broads.

Upton is a good base for those who like walking with many miles of footpaths along the river banks. Within a few miles of the village there are several nature reserves. Upton Fen is one of the places to spot many species of dragonfly while nearby Ranworth boasts the rare Swallow Tail Butterfly.

For those wishing to take to the water boat hire is available from Wroxham and several other boat yards in the vicinity.
There are many beaches within easy distance. To reach the picturesque north Norfolk coast takes about an hour driving through the lovely open countryside.
The loft apartment is set to the rear of the owners cottage. It has its own entrance and off-road parking. There is a small private seating area, accessible through a side door and set to the side of a mature garden.
The upstairs accommodation comprises an open plan living area including a fitted kitchen with fridge, microwave/oven/grill combi and slow cooker.
A door leads to the bedroom, furnished with a double bed and ample storage.

The large downstairs bathroom has a modern shower, washbasin, toilet, washing machine and iron.
Bedlinen and towels provided.
Electric heating is supplied for each room. Electricity on pre-paid meter. Pre-loaded with a complimentary amount based on the average weekly use and the time of year.
This is a no smoking apartment.
Not suitable for children under 4 years of age.
We are dog friendly and up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome.
